In September 2001 the Centre Malley Lúmieres in Prilly at the Lake Geneva opened its gates. On a total surface of 24.000 m² a successful combination of shopping center, office complex and recreation area has been developed.
The mall with its shops and restaurants is the heart of the Centre. Both recreation in a
fitness and wellness park on a premises of 5.000 m² or chill out in one of the 6 cinemas is offered to employees as well as to customers.
All areas require individual solutions concerning air conditioning due to unequal utilisation, varying attendance and different dimensions. The constantly rising figures of attendance proof what MENERGA has accomplished.
